I am a responsible 21 year old Australian girl (with Police check) looking to do some casual/ part-time/babysitting in the Thornbury area while I undertake Postgraduate studies in Psychology/teaching. I am from a family with four children, and more cousins than I can count, giving me a lot of exposure to young children over the years! I have always had a love for caring for children, having babysat my younger cousins as they grew up, giving me experience with infants through to twelve year olds, both boys and girls, and learning to entertain multiple children at once! I also did casual work as a Babysitter Centennial Park while I was in the U.S.A as an exchange student in 2005, adding to my confidence and experience. Last year I also did some school holiday work (arranged through this site) supervising two boys aged 11 and 15 that also included light housekeeping. I enjoy basically every aspect of babysitting; I love to play with the kids, help them choose their outfits, read to them, help them with their homework, cook their dinner (I love to cook!), and I tend to surprise them and reward them with activities like colour-ins and watching fun kids movies. I am also more than pleased to do any tidying up you wish me to do.
